Friday evening Pitmaster Pass holders enjoy exclusive access to a live cooking demonstration featuring Chef Jim’s award-winning ribs, tri-tip, salmon and side dishes, as he turns barbeque newbies into grilling masters.Taste all of the delicious featured dishes during the special dinner to follow hosted by Chef Jim Modesit of Big Jim’s BBQ .

On Saturday put on your cowboy boots for our annual spring BBQ! Come enjoy breathtaking views from our panoramic Vista Terrace overlooking our estate vineyards as you savor mouthwatering BBQ by Big Jim’s BBQ paired with our award-winning sparkling and varietal wines. Get your boots moving on the dance floor as you boogie down to one of Sonoma County’s favorite classic country, rock and blues band, Hot Grubb! 

Our menu includes Chef Big Jim’s award-winning pork ribs, Texas brisket, grilled chicken, Carolina pulled pork sliders, corn tomato avocado salad, homemade mac & cheese, baked beans, grilled asparagus salad, and arugula salad with champagne vinaigrette.
